"The product is great, looks good, big and a lot quite than our last one. However, the washer had been dented on the back right side which made it difficult to get into place in the recess."
"Decided that we needed to “go to future products”, ultimately we decided on LG because of, people we know who have their products, reviews and price, but not necessarily in that order! The main reason was because of being fed up with bearing failures on conventional washers, so decided on direct drive machines. Oh the joy! Easy to use, plenty of wash programmes and so quiet. Love it!"
