"This machine is truly a thing of beauty to behold, I have had multiple friends already comment on how attractive the item is.
The Inverter Drive is a fantastic feature and even on max spin the sound is minimal in comparison to older direct drive models.
The User interface is simple and elegant, though do beware of brushing the touch buttons with your body.
The Add-Item functionality comes in handy when you stumble across that second sock without it feeling like a gimick (as in the case of the 'add-wash models).
The machine appears to be highly water efficient and appears to match water levels to the load.
Finally once wi-fi connected the notifications through your mobile are brilliant and also can offer good warnings (i.e. unbalanced load) making it easy to remedy any issues the machine has.
Great product and well worth splashing out a little extra for, I always have been a fan of LG products, they just seem to make a little more effort on quality and user experience."
"A nice looking and well built machine thats quiet, wi-fi connected, energy efficient and competitively priced. The 9kg capacity is proving very beneficial for our family of four. Plenty of cycles and adjustments available but we seem to br using the 59 minute turbo wash alot. The wifi connectivity seems a bit of a gimmick, you can download new programmes but the machine cant be started remotely without turning it on manually first! The app provides a notification upon completion, which is useful. The machine also plays a tune when you turn it on and when a cycle is completed, which gives it a bit of personality. Time will tell for reliability but overall, rhis is a great machine packed with features!"

"Bought this machine to replace a 15yr old Siemens washer which developed an expensive electrical fault. Very pleased with the build quality, choice of programmes and the technology used in this modern machine. An excellent replacement to my old washing machine!"
"Was attracted by the free extended 5 year warranty, for extra peace of mind. (10 year on the motor) Paid a bit extra for this model over its siblings, for the extra functions but to be honest, I doubt I'll use them, like anti crease and steam function. should have brought the cheaper model. the wifi thing is a gimmick and will not be used. So far, works as it should. "
"We decided on our new washing machine and we were hoping it would everything we needed it to do. The washing machine is so good and you can see the difference in your clothes when they are washed. You ca hardly hear it when it's working which was very important to us as our last machine sounded like there was a plane in the house.
Easy to sync with your phone and the extra technology is very impressive. I may just change my tumble dryer to match. Very happy customers."
"Our old machine which this replaced was also an LG but after eight years of fault free operation we felt it was time for a new one.
LG we trust so chose this model on the basis of warranty and facilities. It is a new world with internet connection and the ability to download programs over and above the onboard ones.
So far we have only used a few of its programs but everything runs as it should in a quiet and efficient manner."
