"Only had the machine for about a week, but so far, it's been fine. It's fairly quiet and the larger load is useful. The fast spin sees clothes come out pretty near dry, which is helpful.
Connecting with the app is a little fiddly but not too bad once you're familiar with how the touch panel on the front of the machine works. Hoping lasts as well as the previous LG machine we had which before, which lasted 10 years or so. Pretty good for a machine in daily use."

"When I unpacked the machine the screws holding the lid on were loose in the bottom of the box. When I tried to refit them it was obvious they had been overtightened so would not retighten. I contacted LG and they told me to send it back through AO.com"

"I’ve hand an LG washing machines in the past which I gave away due to a house move. When my partners washing failed I purchased this machine. The finish on it is amazing, it looks like brushed stainless steel so matches my cooker. The functions on it are amazing. Washing a full loads as I never really fill it takes 59 minutes with the turbo wash. My partner put in a full load after a weekend away and it took 124 minutes. The steam function really brings bedding up lovely. All in all an amazing looking machine that from what I can see washer better than any other and it it so quite I’ve had to go an check I’ve put it on!! Topping it all off it qualifies for LG’s five year warranty scheme which I have just registered it for and had confirmed by email from LG. "

"After one week of vigorous washing the product really does do the clothes justice It’s quiet efficient and an excellent machine to configure. Had LG before and was very happy with it. I tend to use fairy capsules in my wash with two grandkids and the towels are really clean with the steam wash cycle. It’s also not a noisy machine which helps with the tv being in the open living space. Really happy."
