"Bought this to replace a 7 year Samsung washer that had finally died! Whilst looking at new Samsung machines in a store I noticed this LG in silver/graphite, it's a beautiful looking machine!! Much nicer in the flesh then the photo on the website which does not do it justice at all! I wanted a direct drive machine, as I had read these are quieter during the spin? This machine is definitely quieter than my old Samsung and the clothes come out drier on the fastest spin. The cotton wash is about 1 hour 30-40 minutes which is much faster than my old machine. Don't add the the wrinkle free though as this adds hours to the wash, won't make that mistake again! Sings a tune when finished which can be turned off. I haven't downloaded the extra programmes yet, but I haven't found a spin only option yet, unless I'm missing something obvious! Overall very pleased with this machine, it's easy to use, quiet and looks good! I'm saving for the matching tumble dryer now!"

"After my old washing machine said it’s last goodbye, well it was I’m going to fill with smoke. Ugh
I decided to go for this beauty named above. I’ve had LG products in the past. This washing machine is gorgeous to look at. I love the fact you can download programs once connected to WIFI, large capacity washes clothes amazing well. So so quiet. I love it. I think I need the fridge freezer to match. Honestly this washer is fantastic and it looks so so smart. Cheers AO great service, price matched and delivery guys were great. Happy Customer!"
