"I'm really impressed with this washing machine. I had a space issue and after seeing that the major competition needs 69cm in depth, I thought I couldn't get a 10kg one. Well, this one fits comfortably in a space 55cm deep. It's amazingly quiet and for now I'm happy with it. On top of that, it's wifi and you can download lots of programs. A couple of things I would change/add are: the possibility to add more than only 1 downloaded program at a time, and the feature where the machine takes detergent automatically so I could get more use out of the remote control via wifi."

"Bought this washing machine after our (fairly expensive) machine broke down. The direct drive motor is so quiet, it's amazing! It connects to the WiFi which I didn't really need and thought was a gimmick but the cycle finish notification and tub clean reminder is actually quite useful.
The only con we've encountered so far is that a standard rinse and spin cycle is not available as one of the standard programmes and you need to download it. Other than that we're really happy with it."

"As I'd had an LG washing machine before this one, I knew I had to get another LG due to how quiet it is with the direct drive motor and upgrading from an 8Kg drum to 10.5 with us being a family of 4 has enabled us to wash more clothes in a single cycle meaning less washing piling up in the wash basket. Love the machine and would highly recommend."
