"First LG appliance and I was sceptical especially as it was replacing a Miele washing machine.
In 1 word it is Fantastic.
Great looks with brushed steel finish so matches my other stainless appliances. Works great, super quiet even on full spin with no movement or vibration. I actually balance a pound coin on top of the machine while it was spinning bath towels at 1400rpm and it stayed still.

"Bought this after reading other good reviews online and was not disappointed. Delivery and installation good services and promptly organised with good communication. Washer does all I wanted it to do and is really quiet running. Have used a number of different programmes, very easy to learn the functions. Have not connected to wi-fi yet as realised I don't really need it! But it's very smart-looking and has stayed fingerprint free so far! My only small suggestion would have been to easily put on half loads as I can't really see how to do that. But as it adjusts for weight I guess not that important. Really clean clothes, quickly and quietly. Love it! "

"The online order process was so incredibly easy and efficient from start to finish. The 2 delivery men were incredibly helpful and friendly which made the experience a whole lot easier. There was an issue, but the after care team contacted me to apologise and immediately sort the issue out. Overall very impressive and I would recommend and resume in the future. "

"Very happy with purchase, upgraded from 7kg drum to this for the 10.5kg drum and it makes a considerable difference.
Washing machine has a great fast wash that completes in under 1 hour without compromise on cleanliness.
Option to download specific custom cycles from LG is a good addition.
The app support via WiFi could be useful when not at home to start a wash for your arrival.
Would highly recommend after a week of use."

"With so many different makes and models available, I found it difficult to decide which is the right one. Well, finally I found it and this is it! As a family of 6 with lots of sports washing this machine is absolutely ideal. It has a 14 minute wash for things that just need a refresh and longer cycles when needed. It weighs the load so is super efficient and it is unbelievably quiet.
I've over the moon with my purchase and highly recommend it!"
