"The product is great! I'd give it 4.5 stars if possible because the only thing I find as an issue is the Wifi/app connection - it's pretty clunky and I've yet to connect it but it's not exactly a deal breaker. I've never heard such a quiet washing machine!"

"Had our last LG washer for 20yrs that’s why we bought this one. Initial impression very good.
My only regret, and I would not have bought it if I had realised is that is it’s made in China. I try not to buy anything made in China if at all possible. "
