When I query LG they tell me, it will be there in several working days and then it has been delayed due to issues with transfers."

"This washing machine is without a doubt one of the best around. It’s large 10.5kg drum can fit huge amounts of clothes which helps cut down the amount of washing you have to do at one time. The turbo wash function is a lifesaver as it cuts down the washing time to as little as 39 minutes for a full wash. The steam function is also amazing as having family members who work in the NHS means that uniforms can be sanitised quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this washing machine as is quick, gets the job done and allows you to tailor each cycle to your specific needs. "
