"Great dishwasher - cleans much better than our previous bosch"

"I absolutely hate this dishwasher - for nothing else, apart from the dreadful design of the cutlery tray. What seemed like a clever idea has made this dishwasher so impractical. Anything taller than a small cup placed in the top drawer will then start bashing into the cutlery tray, so you then have to lower that drawer, but that then makes the bottom drawer too small, and you can't fit plates in it.
I cannot express the rage this encourages on a daily basis, continually having to adjust drawer heights, move plates, cups, bowls; and one wrong move means cleaning is then effected.
I previously had a bosch with a cutlery box, and it was the easiest thing ever - I 100% wish I'd just got another one like that, instead of this monster.
I implore you, don't buy this dishwasher! "

"Love the flexibility, movable racks and stands and clever space saving ways of loading up. Variety of programs is great. Would be really good if there was a half load option, but suspect that might be user error rather than anything else!!! "
