"I bought this as it did a 10 kilo load, the machine clever enough to know when the loads are lighter to save on time. The 60 minute wash is perfect.
Just be mindful to measure the worktop it is going under as the machine is quite big. I didn't and its a tight squeeze but if you have limited space its worth checking. "
"Great value for money, high capacity, reasonably quiet, easy to use. I like the ability to choose the temperature of th e wash cycle. For it to be five-star I would like to see some kind of display showing the minutes left. Not a massive problem but knowing how long is left is useful. I would’ve paid a little bit more for that to be included."
"It looks great on paper, especially the 10kg load capacity....bit it's NOT 10KG on all loads, just cotton's...others are as low as 3.5kg max...NOT GOOD WITH KIDS... And to make things worse we plumbed it in and started the 90°C wash EMPTY with detergent (as the instruction book States has to be performed as the first wash) and 7hrs later ITS STILL WASHING....we had to turn off and force it into RINSE...next load was the same...a large wash we had to turn off after OVER 7hrs of running... HOW CAN THIS BE A+++ RATED????
We started a 15min quick wash and again forced to abort after 1.5hrs of WASH CYCLE...
Phoned customer support on front of instruction booklet.and after 1/2hr on hold we were finally answered then 20 seconds into conversation were rudely cut off...tried again and the same happened..
Now dealing with AO.com to come and remove it ASAP and will be looking to replace with a DIFFERENT BRAND FOR SURE!
