"Steve and John were the crew who delivered my tv. They were very pleasant and helpful. The tv itself is rather slow to react after any buttons are pressed. I'm finding it difficult to navigate my way around all the features which is made more difficult as there is no hard copy of any manuals. Hopefully I'll get to know my way around eventually"

"It is my first smart TV. For an older user the TV font choice is limited. I would have preferred a manual remote, although I found out the magic remote could be used manually. I would have preferred access to a manual on-line rather than having to use initiative or trial and error to find: the keyboard when using the the internet search engine; subtitles when accents were difficult to hear clearly etc and I expect to find more similar challenges as I explore it’s full potential. Otherwise a great picture etc."

"Picture quality is fantastic,
This particular model has both a freesat and freeview tuner. One thing that's annoying is having to choose a tuner to use. E.g. To select a freesat channel you have to go to the channel guide, filter by freesat and then pick it. If you then want a freeview channel you have to set the filter to freeview.
Always worth getting the measurements between the feet aswell. We found the feet were too wide for the tv cabinet so we're having to replace the cabinet ??"
"The LG 50UM7500PLA is an excellent item, very good features an superb picture, the price was a bargain for the features you get. The manual that came with it is one up from useless. But easy enough to work out"

"Brought this smart 4K LG TV. Easy to set up. Has PVR which is helpful if you detest adverts like I do. Just add a External drive and pause and record at will. Recommended and at a very reasonable price. Wall mountable, but has cool stands. Sound is good as is. Freeveiw and Freesat build in which negates the need for any external set top boxes."
