"Still getting used to all of the features but so far I am impressed. Love the touch screen and wifi notifications. There are a large number of cooking options which initially are a bit daunting but actually quite easy to use once you navigate through them via the touch screen. Looking forward to experimenting with all of the cooking modes."

"We bought this to replace another Neff oven, one of two we've had for about 10 years. The performance of this oven is good. It appears to maintain an even temperature, and allows you to cook on more than one level at a time. I've not used the steam function yet, but the addition of the temperature probe makes cooking meat to a specified temperature brilliantly easy, and I am grateful for that. My problem, however, with the oven is the function of the interface. Our previous ovens had a mixture of several touch areas, and a physical roller wheel, that allowed one to rapidly set the oven and a timer. This oven has a simple interface, reminiscent of a mobile phone app, which it is easy to understand the functions of, but actually very difficult to use. To set a timer to twenty minutes takes a lot of wiping of the screen, for instance, because you have to wipe through all the seconds first, before you get to the minutes. Missing facilities from this oven include rapid warm up for circotherm cooking. Also, as a minor annoyance, the oven comes with a single set of telescopic rails that don't have an end stop to prevent the grid or pan from falling off the end. I'm buying a set of telescopic rails as an accessory, but they, in their turn, don't include telescopic rails at grill height, which I find to be the place I most need them. Another minor annoyance is the stupid tune the oven plays with the timer goes off. Not only is it a stupid tune, but the stupid tune is so quiet that it can only be heard in the kitchen, not throughout the house like the old one. In summary, then, this oven performs well as a cooking device, and I will live with it, but I really do now wish I'd taken a closer look at Bosch and Miele."

"I moved into a brand new flat, which had already all the appliances installed, an the oven was a nightmare! I replaced it after 9 months with this beautiful piece of equipment and I’ve already appreciated the huge difference with the previous one: this cooks pies, pizzas and meats marvellously, the temperature is consistent everywhere and, whatever you put inside, it’s evenly cooked.
It has an incredible amount of features: self cleaning, steam baking, auto programmes... I never thought an oven could do so many things!
I love it and I would buy it again even if it’s a bit pricey, as it’s worth every penny."

"Absolutely delighted with this oven. Bought it as a special gift for our son who is an experienced chef. He and his family are extremely pleased with it. It does way more than it says on the tin. Results are perfect every time."
