Tremendous range of facilities
Steam is great for bread and roasting
Bright light looks great, and food is easy to see
The not so good.
The documentation for home connect setup is wrong. eventually hacked my way through.
The probe cooking is basic, i would have expected to see the actual temprature, and an estimate to completion time.
Biggest gripe is that the quality of the side panels is poor, flimsy and are not square to the door with a large gap at the bottom which can't be corrected.

"We've had this for a short while and are already impressed.
The oven arrived and was well packaged to avoid damage in transit. The installation instructions were easy to follow and there is the back up of you-tube videos for further explanation. Removal of the screws and edge strips to screw the oven into the built in cupboard was a 2 person job - you have to hold the oven door partially open whilst unscrewing.
The oven is a breeze to use and the control panel is intuitive. Our oven has a wi-fi option which means that you can switch on or monitor remotely including outside of the house. You can also programme the oven to start at a certain time or finish at a certain time. We love the quick heat up time and the door that folds out of and under the oven. This gives you excellent access to the oven - even if you are shorter stature. We like the pull out oven shelves which are sturdy and mean that you don't have reach into the oven to add or remove items.
We've found the oven to cook well with even heat distribution. We have a thermometer you can use for joints and poultry that takes the guesswork out of when meat is done and stops you overcooking and drying food out. Chicken and joints we have cooked have been excellent. The steam function we have is complementary to the electric heating - you cannot steam alone but we have found it excellent. The oven has a dough proving function which we have found to be superb - bread can be proved reliably and quickly and the dough does not dry out. We've cooked joints and poultry, rested steaks, proved and cooked bread, cooked croissant and pain au chocolate, reheated food (with steam assist), cooked fish and roast dinners including potatoes and vegetables and been pleased with everything. My only negative comment would be that the instruction manual seems to make the oven operation more complicated than it really is-the oven is really easy to use."

"i am really happy with the results of this oven in the limited time we have had it.
the only disappointment (and this appears to be a general safety issue not specific to this model) is that you have to enable the remote start function every time you use it and this has to be done from the panel on the device.
This somewhat negates the point of this feature
other than that a good purchase"

Wow the neff oven , it’s completely changed our kitchen and changed our lifestyle, it makes cooking the most challenging meats and cakes and a absolute piece of cake! Has a expansive selection of features including WiFi control and and amazing touch screen colour display. It has wow’d everyone we have shown so far too! Rolls Royce of ovens!"

"Love everything about it, from it’s stunning looks to its many features, including the fabulous slide and hide door that gives our tiny cottage kitchen the extra space we need. We can now work in the kitchen together without one of us being excluded!! Such marital harmony, amazing ??"
