"I am so glad i bought this, i won't be going back to separate fridge freezers any time soon. The fact that this only uses one power source for both fridge and freezer is a massive plus point.I'm sure the money saved over the years will pay for this itself. Having crushed ice and cubes on demand is great, will be invaluable in the summer months..
The storage space is well thought out, with lots of compartments and drawers to keep things stored correctly. Having the outer door opening is great for milk and juices, you are not letting all the cold out by opening the main door,it feels like you have two fridges..
The delivery men where very professional and did a great job without any damage maneuvering the appliance.10 out of 10 for their skill.

"We had an American style fridge freezer before, but the new door in door feature of this LG, really makes a difference. Plus we can get more in the fridge and freezer on the same footprint. Delivery was offered early due to slots becoming available which was great. We also had the old unit taken away. All in all a great item from a great supplier.5??"
"Looks stunning in place and lots of space in the fridge and freezer spaces. Visitors keep knocking on the door for the light to come on which is the only drawback!! But really great item. "
"Looks great, but went wrong after a month with ice tray emptying water constantly. Called LG and they said their repair contractor cannot come out for 2 weeks. Which is not good, eventually came back with a cancellation and new date. When they arrived I asked whether they had a new ice tray maker. They stated they had not be informed by the office and would re-book for 4 weeks. Have a look on trip advisor about LG products it has 900 reviews with 88% of people stating poor customer service from both LG and repair company they use 0800 repairs. LG stated it is not their fault that their repair company cannot visit earlier? I thought LG would be a quality product and great customer care WRONG"
"The fridge looks amazing! It’s a lovely colour and looks good quality. The shelves are well spaced and the door at the front is brilliant. The water is dispensed a little bit slow and the light being at the front of the fridge maybe doesn’t give the fridge as much light as it could when the fridge is full, I feel like the fridge and freezer would benefit from a bit more lighting. This is my only gripe though - overall we’re so happy with the fridge and would definitely buy it again. "
