It has an ice machine that does cubes, chipped ice or plain cold water. This is from a tidy refillable container in the fridge, so no plumbing necessary.
The door-in door-feature is great, and we use it regularly for the most used items like butter and milk.
The 'knock twice and the light comes on' feature is a bit of a gimmick, we only use this when showing people the fridge. It is the thing that impresses them most though!!!
Loads of space in both the fridge and freezer. Probably about double what you would get in a standard integrated version.
The fridge is very quiet until it starts to make ice, and then there is quite a loud noise, but that is expected.
The metallic finish is great and doesn't seem to retain fingerprints, so you don't have to clean it every time you touch it, unlike some other fridge freezers
The only slight issue being that the freezer side has a lot of shelves, when we prefer trays to contain the food better. There are actually 2 trays at the bottom, and the shelves are fine if you don't overstuff them.

"I love this fridge freezer - the smaller door is very handy for getting milk, etc. out of the fridge without having to open the whole door. The ice and water feature is very quiet but I'm a bit disappointed that the water drips and there is no drip tray like my old one. I am now constantly wiping the drips or leaving a small container below the dispenser to catch the water. "
