"This LG Fridge Freezer is very good, not quite as robust as the 18 plus GEC it replaced, but close.
Our previous unit had an accesses drop down Hatch which enabled you to get Milk, Drinks and other bottled items without opening the main Fridge door, hence one of our main points for selecting this unit. Door in Door, and this facility far outstrips our old drop down hatch, much more storage for quick accesses and not limited to bottled items. The knock light on is perhaps a bit of a gimmick but does help those who can’t remember what they keep in the ready trays.
All in all a good product that has replaced our old unit very well. The Door in Door idea, just like our old units Hatch, giving accesses to frequently used items without constantly letting cold air out and warm air into the main Refrigerator compartment has to be good and saving energy."

"Great fridge freezer!!! Love the outer door and being able to see what’s in the fridge without opening it.
Note that with this fridge freezer the doors can come off but it’s not recommended as electrics and plumbing goes through the door. This can cause some issues trying to get the fridge freezer through your front door and inner doors. "

"Only had it 1 week but so far very happy. It is very big inside alot of storage and i suppose thats down to the fact that there is alot of storage at the door however i wish the freezer compartment was alittle bigger as the shelfs on that seem narrow. One design flaw is the on/off button for the ice is inside the ice comparment which is not ideal should have been on the display panel on the outside like our last fridge freezer. Also it would have been better if the filter was inside the fridge rather than it being at the back as then you have to pull it forward to change it and would be akward because its very heavy."

"we saw this fridge /freezer months ago and it has been out of stock everywhere, when I saw it in stock at AO.com I immediately order it
The door in door feature is brilliant, it has much more space inside than our old LG fridge/freezer and makes no noise at all, except when making ice cubes, well worth the wait and the money"
