"Do not buy this Fridge Freezer. The product stopped freezing after only 4 months rang for support and was treated as I was being done a favour and no one bothered to tell me when they would be out to fix it. I had to ring them to find out I was going to have to wait over a week for an engineer. During the wait the fridge has stopped working. If it hadn’t cost me a £1000 I would be tacking it to the tip. Worst customer service from LG. Rubbish product do not buy it."
