"Unfortunately our Samsung American F/F decided to stop working over Easter. After some research we decided on this fridge and AO . We rang Easter Monday to order it , AOarranged delivery and collection of our old one the next day! It’s a great fridge , love the double doors, so easy to see what’s in there and keep it tidy and organised. Would have liked a cheese drawer and not much room for wine bottles .Deli drawer is also a nice touch and the deep freezer drawers are great on my old one the freezer food often fell out if it wasn’t packed properly. Love it and would recommended both the appliance and AO who gave great service in very difficult times. Delivery guys were super efficient too."

"I initially had a AGA fridge freezer of which was very similar to this Samsung however, the AGA was very expensive and after 4 years the water dispenser failed and couldn’t get repaired. I decided on this Samsung model of which offered a 10 year warranty on the compressor and a 5 on parts and labour, Samsung also offered a £300 cash back after 21 days of ownership. The machine itself is brilliant, masses of space inside the fridge and brilliant led lighting throughout the fridge and freezer - I also found as a bonus a Samsung phone App that connects wireless to the F\F so that you know what’s going on and when certain foods are going out of date - I’m very happy. ao.com took my order at 1230hrs on a Friday afternoon and delivered it at 1100hrs the next day, I was megga impressed with that ."

"Our old fridge freezer started dying two years ago and this was our likely choice of replacement at the time. Somehow the old one limped on until just before this Christmas. I reviewed the market assuming things had moved on but the winner, based on spec, was still this one. AO delivered quickly and it was easy to install and plumb in. The layout of the fridge is impressive. Our granddaughter remarked, on opening the two upper doors, that it looked like a shop display, so many convenient places to store items. The Flexizone fridge drawer below gives you lots more storage and allows its temperature to be set separately depending on what you want to store, down to -1C for meat and fish. The freezer drawer at the bottom is surprisingly roomy and it divided into two bins with a sliding shelf above. It all runs very quietly. The chilled water dispenser provides a strong flow without the spurting and spitting of its predecessor, the ice cubes are a decent size and it provides crushed ice as well. It even connects to your ‘phone allowing you to control the temperature zones remotely and even provides push notifications (when a family member leaves a fridge door open)! I see no area for improvement. "

"This Fridge freezer is brilliant. There are so many shelves, compartments and drawers. There is so much space. It is the same Litre capacity as our previous fridge freezer but the design features mean everything we had fits in there and we still seem to have loads of room to fit in more. The only thing I have found that is slightly frustrating is the amount of time it takes for the machine to pour cold water and ice. It is quite slow to actually come out of the machine."
