"Nice fridge freezer, looks very smart in stainless steel. Instructions for changing hinge sides were inadequate......it’s not an easy task and I wouldn’t attempt it again with a Samsung product."

"Fridge freezer great looking appliance, fabulous interior layout, looks amazing in our kitchen, instructions for setting up are not easy to follow, for me anyway, had to arrange a zoom meeting with Samsung engineer, shame they didn't send me the log in link to join the meeting!! Then they had cheek to send a survey for feedback on how good the zoom meeting was!! Had to contact customer support by telephone and the chap was very good at talking me through the process. So very happy now"

"Have had the fridge for 3 weeks now, so not too long. It is an excellent fridge: it is quiet, cools things very quickly and is generally well divided, though the freezer section is really basic: it only has 3 drawers with one tiny tray for ice cubes. It should include trays to quick-freeze fruit, for instance, or at least a slot of some king to put such trays. Besides that, the other reason I am not giving it a 5 star is the instructions, which are rubbish or non-existent. The manual says nothing about the ideal temperatures it should be set at (I had to go online to find out), or about how to distribute the food (if it is your first big fridge, you should be told that cheese is best kept at this place or that, for exemple, or what kinds of things should be put in the door (it does specify where you should put meat and vegetables, but that is it). Also, this is not a problem for me, but bear in mind that you have to be really tall to reach the top shelf, and it is nearly impossible, if you are not REALLY tall, to see what is on the top container on the door."
