"All seems great so far but has only been in use for one week. Surprisingly easy to move on my lino floor, loads of space in the fridge and freezer, although the top door shelf where the eggs live is tiny and isn't really big enough for eggs. I was also missing the egg tray when the item was delivered but I spoke to Samsung and they sent one out within a week. But it all looks good and is running quietly with lots of space. Also, for English language instructions, you have to download the manual from the Samsung website."

"Well this has not been an easy purchase. We are OAPs so paid for set up but did not happen, Had refund on fee from AO but what we needed was help in the beginning.last week after a month and a half’s use we opened the fridge door and got a flood of water some of which went into the freezer. We are getting a visit from the engineer next Monday 9 days after the flood.
There was an offer on the product of £200 back when we bought it. It was a nightmare to claim it, and we were not allowed to claim for 30 days. I have tried to phone Samsung today and the claim takes a further 30 days after it has been validated when you claim.
I now see the product is £200 cheaper than when I bought it so obviously the price was put up before the £200 off offer.
It is a shame because it is a nice fridge freezer but at my age I don’t need the hassle."

"This is great product. Mine has arrived without folding shelf but quick call to ao and samsung and all was sorted out in few days.
The fridge itself is quite. It has different humming noises depending on how often you open it. But reading reviews of some other product. I can tell I could sleep in the kitchen.
I can acknowledge this is expensive model. I had the older version of this one in old hose (now retails at around £800) and was equally good. Maybe bit louder at times. But I'm happy with the purchase.
I like the feature on this one where you can set freezer to 2 centigrade and use as a fridge."
