"I love the space and layout of this fridge freezer but so far I've had a terrible experience with the first being damaged from factory - the side edge was rippled and deformed down one side as was the inside of the freezer. Ao were great at trying to get it replaced but Samsung insisted on sending engineer to inspect it before authorising a replacement. I also noted how noisy it could be with the fans often spinning quite loud. I eventually got a replacement only to have a few niggles like sticky marks on the door, a large scratch mark on the freezer shelf, creaky hinge, and a small rubber plug found under appliance after unpacking. I don't know where the plug goes, I couldn't see anywhere underneath it. After switching on initially it seemed quieter than the previous one but then after opening the fridge door it makes a loud screeching noise on closing it nearly every time. Also the noise of the compressor has got louder within a week and if I push against the top of the fridge it goes quieter!. It is level, although as others have mentioned it seems to tilt backwards slightly even with the front feet all the way in. Because my floor slopes a bit that way I had to put something under the feet to make it level and I adjusted it to slope back very slightly as recommended in instructions. I contacted Samsung again about the issues but they have failed to get back to me over a week later and chasing up. With many reviews stating this is a quiet fridge I must be unlucky - twice! I really want to stick with this model but I have no confidence in Samsung. Still waiting for a response."

"This fridge is EXCEPTIONAL! Not only is it sleek and sophisticated in it's exterior design, it's spacious and has a great layout. You will never have to worry about how to make room for your groceries.
Furthermore, when you leave the fridge door open for too long, it will alert you with a beeping sound which is very helpful. The freezer also has it's own light that turns on when you open it which is a lovely touch.
On the fridge door you're able to see what temperature your fridge and freezer are. It also lets you know when the fridge is locked or not.
So long story short, if you have a busy lifestyle, if you are forgetful or you just like to have sleek and beautiful looking things, this fridge an freezer duo is PERFECT FOR YOU. I 1000000% RECOMMEND."
