"Ordered on line to replace my 15 year old earlier version Panasonic which chose to die the day after the UK went into lockdown. Slight changes to the controls were easy to adapt to and it does what I expected.
One star knocked off because some of the menu choices use numbers instead of text like the old model. Until I learn what these mean I have to open the door to look up the codes."

"Purchased as my main source of cooking during kitchen build. Very roomy inside. Take bigs bowls and casserole dishes. Easy to use and lots of easy function. Love the auto sense cooking function which detects when foods are cooked or warmed intelligently. Would recommend. Quite large but the dimensions are clear on the website."

"I'm a big fan of Panasonic in general for microwaves, so take my enthusiasm with a pinch of salt, but this product delivers on exactly what I am after. A simple, easy to use product. A lot of modern microwaves feel the need to have a 'drink reheat' button and a '60 second buzz' function, and I want none of it. Power> How long> Go. It should be that simple, and on this model, it is.
This is a 1000w - but it includes a medium-high setting which sets it to 800watt, which is much more common on many cooking instructions, which means this has the power when you need it, but the convinience of a lower setting to save a lot of math. It also has the usual medium, low, and defrost settings you'd expect on a mid-high end microwave.
Can't recommend it enough for what it does. So far, I have found no down sides. Would buy again. "
