"I ordered a Panasonic microwave which was delivered the next day as arranged. On inspecting the product the door would not open as the mechanism did not work. I phoned ao.com and a replacement was delivered and the faulty product collected within 48 hours. Very happy with the cost which was a price match. Usual great ao.com service. "

settings to choose from it will take a full size dinner plate and is very easy to clean. The best microwave I have ever purchased."
