"The machine itself works really well. It's not as straightforward as some so you will need to read the booklet to learn all the features. It's a little noisier than previous ones but hopefully less of a fire risk. I'd buy it again despite the above comments as it does a good job and looks good in my kitchen "

"Slightly too deep so it sticks out. But programmes are great my room does not heat up like a sauna. Clothes come out dry but not cooked and shrunk! The new “heat” condenser is def worth paying more for in the long run. Easy on electric too, my smart metre does not double up when it’s on "
