"Great looking oven that actually works well and most importantly a bargain in high quality appliance range. Energy rating A+ is hard to come by at this price range and something we really need to be aware of with todays high energy prices . The food cooks identically in the middle of the tray as it is at the edge of it. One of the reasons for upgrading from old oven is that the food on the left side of the tray was burning before the right side even got crispy. When cooking two pizzas at the same time, I was expecting the upper tray pizza to burn before the lower one was ready. To my surprise both pizzas were ready at the same time and evenly cooked indicating ovens even distribution of heat at the top and bottom. Illumination of the inside is really good, helps when you want to get that perfect crispiness or just visually determinate is food is ready . The best of all the oven has a self clean function that I was not aware of until I read the manual. I give 5 starts because it's lower price in high end brand oven range. It's A+ energy rating that beats a lot of other brand ovens in the price range. Great cooking as it advertised. "

"The oven bakes cakes like you wouldn't believe, the meat cooks so tender with the added steam function, fantastic buy, the first one we ordered came broken, the child lock function was faulty and the oven would not operate, it was no fun having no working oven for a week, but have to say, ao we're fantastic in dealing with a very unhappy customer and gave me a £50 sorry voucher and done everything they could to get me a replacement oven, sorry for being abrupt, I don't believe I was wrong but Harry on the other end of the phone handled everything just fine, cheers Harry you done good. "Replaced our 10 year old AEG oven, lighting inside the oven is perfectly placed and great value discounted and with an extra years warranty also thrown in for free.
Temperature is accurate and heats up relatively quickly. Haven’t tried the steam function yet or the pyrolytic cleaning but it’s got a quick clean version which means you don’t need to leave it too long to clean itself!
Worth noting to add the fitting option if you can. It’s not just take the old one out and plug in the new one like your dryer for example. There is a huge fat grey cable needed to be fitted to the back of the oven so glad I didn’t go it alone. It didn’t take long about 15 mins to get the old oven out and fit the new one. Most of the time was spent on fitting the electric cable to the new oven.

"So far so good. I have an old AEG oven and this one seems more roomy inside, like the fact the light comes on if you open the door and everything cooked has come out well. Not loving the new timer or setting the oven temperature, as seems over complicated in comparison, but may well be just a case of getting used to it. Have yet to try the steam option but looking forward to trying a cake after seeing how my yorkshires came out.
4 stars presently but could well increase once I’ve had chance to try all the settings. "
