"It works - handy for us the 20 minute cycle is great as we tend to have small loads. The 55 minute cycle is great for bigger loads; can't say I would want a machine on for over 2 hours!!! My biggest bugbear is I can no longer wash my Ikea bath mat the machine will not spin it when wet - and we have to wring it out by hand and it is absolutely sodden. It must have something to do with the eco fill of water and weight. On the whole I'm pleased with the washer it's quiet and does a good job. "

"Product is lovely and quiet, the q good feature is you can reduce each cycle down if you only have a half load . Only problem is it would be better if the door was slightly bigger but I am use ro a free standing one.
