"Despite having the unexpected cost of replacing a washing machine that died at not the best time (not that there ever is a good time) we are well impressed with the service from AO and particularly the delivery / Installation crew. The machine itself is also a vast improvement over the old noisy machine that the builders fitted. We cant believe just how quiet this machine is ! Literally all we here on a wash cycle is the water sloshing about, and the spin cycle is amazingly quiet. Even on a full spin its quieter than the old machine on a normal wash phase. If you want a quiet machine for an open plan Kitchen-Dinner ... this is definitely a machine to look at !! Well impressed and happy customer."

"We bought this machine to replace our very noisy existing one which was on its last legs. We are really happy with this one. It’s in an open plan kitchen/living/dining room so we needed to choose a quiet model. It is even quieter than we expected, you hardly even know it’s running and it doesn’t cause any vibration on the units around it unlike our last one! There are lots of different options but we have stuck with the daily wash which takes about 1h 30, perfect for every day washing. The clothes come out lovely and clean and even on 1200 spin they don’t retain much water. The machine looks good quality and the pipe fittings etc feel very sturdy. "
