The appliance was placed where I asked and the delivery team were polite and friendly. Very happy with the service. The appliance itself is exactly what I want and is exactly how it is advertised."

" So had to buy a new fridge freezer after mine unexpectedly broke down. Was an expensive replacement but good quality appliance nicely packaged and delivered earlie by 2 pleasant gentlemen, overall very please. "

"The fridge freezer seems ok for the money. The build is feels cheaper than previous fridges that we have owned but also cost less so I guess you get what you pay for. Mainly was very disappointed with the length of cable. Our socket is next to the appliance about 30 cm above the counter top but it would not reach, never had a problem before. Now we have to use an extension lead which the instructions say not to do."

"My fridge broke down on a Friday night and I ordered a new one from AO which was delivered on Sunday morning. Excellent Service!!! The delivery men efficiently delivered the fridge and removed my old one for recycling. Thank you so much, I could not ask for better service."
