"The service from Asim at AO was very good, friendly and efficient.
Delivery was also on time, and was called beforehand.
The washing machine, works OK, and is super quiet. However, there is no jingle or beep when it finishes, so it is easy to forget to take the washing out. The machine will beep if there is a problem, so why it doesn't have one to signal the end of a cycle is odd.
It is also very sensitive to the wash load, and even though I have never put too much in, or on the wrong setting, it still sometimes fails to spin due to load balance.
Lastly it will only accept 10kg on a cotton wash.
Apart from all those little niggles, that I miss from my old machine, it does wash clothes well. It is also so quiet, even on 1000 spin. The door opens right out, for easy loading. It is also very easy to use.
Its not a bad machine for the money. "
