"Bought this machine in January 2020, was very pleased initially but now it has chewed £100's of pounds worth of items, it blocks regularly, I put all underwear etc into wash bags but even my sons size 12 mens black sock managed to get through and jammed the machine so I had to get an engineer out, he said I was unlucky but wouldn't charge me the normal £65 for this kind of thing as I clearly was unable to clear it myself (he had to take the bottom off to access the pipe) I can now only put in approx half loads as it won't spin without erroring with anything more in, it's also noisy. Haier were fairly prompt at getting an engineer out to me but that is the only good thing I can say "

"So far so good. The Haier is unbelievably quiet, I honestly couldn’t believe the difference between it and our previous Bosch machine when I first ran it. The loudest noise was the water filling!
The programmes are simple to use and there’s plenty of choice. The hygiene function is a bonus too for towels etc.
Very pleased with it so far.
Also ordering was quick and easy with good communications and the delivery team were professional and very helpful too. "

"Never heard of this brand before, I was sceptical. But oh my, it is fabulous, the drum is huge and the washer is quiet, it is lovely.
Actually looking at getting the matching dryer! "

"Excellent looking machine with a matching dryer which was a must for me. Also 595mm instead of the usual 600mm which was a bonus as my unit space for my washer and dryer was just under 600mm. "

"When they say quiet - they mean quite. This is perfect for our open plan living space. Not only is it quiet, but easy to use and washes superbly. To top it off it looks really stylish. I can't recommend this product enough!"
