"Overall good fridge for the price. Quality and strong plastics used inside. Nice and useful layout inside for storage. Hisense customer service is also very good plus you get 2 year warranty. "

"Freezer itself is good, however as I had to change over the door hinge, the instructions were terrible. As it is advertised as 'Reversible' one would think more effort would have been put into the product instructions. They made little sense and the diagrams and writing were extremely small and blurred. As I've done this several times with different brands over the years, I muddled through, but not for the faint hearted. Could do with an internal light."
"I have just finished debating the warranty with Hisense UK. The fridge is fine but the door handle is not. Pulling from the front on a plastic handle attached to the side of the door creates a small twist action. Inside of 6 months light use the handle has fatigued, top and bottom and fallen off. Hisense don't cover it in the guarantee and it's over £40 to buy a spare. They have decided to supply one as a gesture of good faith... strange, I thought I bought a fridge with a handle that would work at least as long as the fridge. Good fridge, bad handle design and materials...watch out and don't let Hisense tall rubbish about their guarantee."
