"Product is fantastic. Really quiet, spacious and the inside is well designed so that gets 5 stars.
HOWEVER - my 70 year old mother took delivery and when I arrived 20minutes after and unboxed it I found a shelf had been damaged (a plastic lip that holds it onto the fridge) therefore that particular shelf cannot be used.
I immediately took photos and emailed AO about this and received a response asking for the serial number 48 hours later. Now over a month later its taken me to send another email chasing the part (it is a fairly standard part) I have been fobbed off with the whole "there has been a delay in the manufacturers shipment from China).
I would've thought a company as big as AO.com would make sure their suppliers have simple parts like this in the UK.
It took me a week to convince my mum to order online instead of going to Tesco and this experience has only served to heighten her anxiety around it.
Come on AO.com sort it out please???"

Received my fridge on the 7/1/21 and have been trying every day since to register my warranty even sent an email today us the 14/1/21 and still not registered "
