"The door shelf fell off after a few months, the part of the door it attaches to is weak and broke. Hisense will not honour their warranty and despite AO's involvement refuse to repair or replace the faulty unit. Looking at trust pilot and others, this is the way Hisense works. The product was very reasonably priced, and worked very well until this point but the terrible customer service and warranty issues are unforgivable."

"Fridge is operating well so far. It has a slightly annoying hum when running but the instructions say this is normal. The instructions for fitting the door were tiny and not particularly clear but we got there in the end. seems like good value for money. "
