"seemed a bit flimsy compared to my old fridge. getting used to it. why they put a shelf to cover the veg compartment I have no idea. cant use it as you have to move it to get at veg.

"Very happy with the quality and price of the product I purchased. I was allocated a time slot as promised on the day I requested so all was going well until delivery. I had paid an extra £20 to have my fridge door hung the other way than originally fitted. I had also paid and additional £20 for ao.com to uplift and dispose of my old fridge. Neither of these things happened and I was left out of pocket by £40 and still left with the task of disposing of my old fridge. Upon delivery the driver told me he could not uplift my old fridge as it was integrated. At no point on the website during the buying process was this stated. As I spoke to head office as I was very unhappy by the way they handled it with a very “we can’t do anything about it” attitude. My delivery driver had left and had failed to swap the door over to open the other way. I am a single older lady on my own now left with an old heavy fridge to try and dispose of. I am very unhappy with the lack of willingness to help from ao.com and also unhappy about the lack of information given prior to me agreeing to pay an additional £20 for a service they could not provide. Ao.com have not as yet offered me a refund but it is something I am trying to Persue."
