"Great product - we based our purchase on other reviews and have not been disappointed. We also agree with another reviewer who noted it was strange to only have one oven shelf and so will order a second one (not really a problem). We could not find any fault with AO.com delivery, customer service and professionalism with a good sense of humour. Recommend them without hesitation! "

"Nice modern looking cooker,black goes with other items in the kitchen. Disappointed that you only get one oven shelf instead of the two advertised in the description provided. Also the grill is very close to the element so can’t grill anything larger than a piece of toast in the grill pan. Tried unsuccessfully to contact Hotpoint but no email address provided."

"Overall nice cooker, but not as robustly built as the previous version I was replacing after nearly 30 years of use. I liked the look of the ceramic hob, however in use it's a nightmare to look after; the glossy finish always looks smeary despite frequent cleaning and polishing, and my pans have scratched the surface already even though I am careful. The comments made by others regarding the grill pan, I totally concur with. I saved the grill pan from my old cooker which was much better made and fits just the same, but am not quite ready to abandon the shiny, new kit yet! The oven is quieter, efficient enough, the hobs heat fairly quickly, but I much preferred my old cooker which had a matt black finish and was much less work to keep clean looking."

"Just purchased so can’t speak to reliability yet, but works well so far. Only issue is the poor design of the grill: only one position despite room for two heights means anything thicker than a sausage is pretty much touching the heating element. Strange oversight from a hotpoint here!"
