"Very disappointed in this cooker. Two small rings and two rather large rings, no medium size. Arrived without oven racks/shelves. However AO dealt quickly with the problem. Only one oven rack/shelf arrived! How many ovens have one rack!?disappointed in product"

"The product is fine but I had trouble getting it connected. No electrician available for weeks. I ended up getting the connection done by someone else. "
