There is only one shelf provided in the oven and the grill pan handle is dangerous.
It has to be removed to enable you to shut the grill door.

"Great product and good service from AO. The AO team were helpful answering all my questions. But they seem to want to sell me additional insurance. And I was not too comfortable with this approach.
The guy installing the cooker was very good and informed me how some of the new features worked.
The men removed the cooker without complaints event though they need to use the stairs.

The grill takes awhile to heat up and the shelf you have to slide in to protect the knobs is weird but it doesn’t annoy me at all. I find the cooker perfect for the size, it cooks well and is easy to clean. The hobs turn very nicely and simmer well, very pleased. "
