"the piece of black metal to protect the gas knobs seems like an afterthought because it has a design fault - and will be extremely fiddly to use and dangerous as the sheet of metal will become very very hot - the glass top has 2 badly sticking plastic/rubber circles to stop glass top dropping onto the black metal trivets / the oven comes with no gas connection or chain which are required by law so you have to pay gas serviceman to buy those - also the black trivets that go over the hobs are generic and no matter which way you turn them around one of them overlaps the burner."
