"Had baumatic gas hobs fitted in the last 2 kitchens we have had. This is a new model to the one we had & it looks really stylish. Looking forward to seeing it in the new kitchen. I find the knobs & cast iron supports are of a good quality. "

"I received this item today and the hob is damaged on the side. it looks like a manufacturer fault. I've paid an engineer to fit it and now he can't so I have lost money on this and it has wasted my time leaving me with no hob. I've tried to call AO but waiting times are 50 min. long! I will not be buying from them again. Extremely frustrated."

"I'm surprised there are so many positive reviews for this product. The price is good, the burners themselves are fine and work as they should, but the surround has marked and discoloured in several places. We follow the cleaning instructions but cleaning daily it is a nightmare. Maybe we were spoiled by our previous hob but I wouldn't recommend this one - it frustrates me daily."
