"Do not buy this product .We have had issues with the tarnishing of the burners from the outset . They are a nightmare to clean . Advise from Smeg is that nothing other than washing up liquid can be used to clean off cooking created debris . Ao have been fantastic and we have eventually received a complet new hob , But i would never get anything from smeg again . their customer service is dreadful . they refuse to take ownership of a customer issue , cut you off , you name it , its like a video of what not to do to keep customers . Very shocked at the poor service from a high end brand .
