"This was purchased to replace another hob it was easy to fit, just a small pipework alteration, why don't they have a standard for these things!!!
One small irritation is with the 'wok' burner the inner row of gas jets don't always light up, no gas leaking as the rest of the burner is working so the gas would be ignited under the pan. Placing large saucepans on any of the burners is no problem, there's no wobble that we had with our old hob. This hob is very well made and looks like it will last a good few years. The knobs are robust and the ignition is very positive there's nothing is flimsy with this hob, cleaning is easy. The diamond pattern is great no problem using all four burners at the same time large saucepans on the right and left and medium/small pans back and front. I would thoroughly recommend a closer look to anyone in need of a new hob and deffo consider this Smeg hob. "

"Arrived broken and scratched - installer ignored this and proceeded to fit the hob - he then fitted it wonky!!! Now been waiting 2 weeks for the replacement parts to arrive. Poor quality all round. Would not recommend. "
