"All is great so far. We are a family of four and the larger drum has cut down my washing loads so I’m now not washing everyday which is a bonus. "

"When our old machine finally died, it was a relief as we had decided to buy a new one anyway. In recent times the old machine had fitted a new front door seal, a new emptying pump and some new internal hoses and typically it died at Christmas time (DOH).
The new machine is very quiet compared to the old one, the spine speed at 1400 is a little slower than the old one but it stays put where it is on spin, the old machine sometimes followed you around the kitchen.
A clear display tells you where it is in the cycle, plenty of ways to modify the programmes. Fingers crossed it last for years to come."

"Brilliant washing machine with a quick delivery and fantastic customer service. The drum is huge so I get more washing done which is a godsend. You cant even hear the machine either. Thank you "

"This wasn't the washing machine I had ordered but after two delays, I was getting desperate and quite honestly I would have accepted delivery of my grandmother's old twin tub. However, I can't fault this machine so far. It has lots of washing options, a fabulously large door and looks good. Pretty sure it's more economical than that twin tub too....

"Bought this in July and have had to call engineers 3 times and they still can't find the reason for why the washer leaks. Beko engineer takes up to 1 week to come and visit, stays for 20 minutes but despite the water damage to my floor they claim it is not leaking. We are in our forties and they accuse us of using too much detergent. An expensive washer which was supposed to make our life easier and washing quicker has turned into a nightmare. If Beko resolve this (next visit is 24/10/19) I will gladly update this comment, however as we stand today I am a highly dissatisfied customer."

"It took a short while to work out all the instructions but I'm now loving the efficiency, thorough washes, the fast and anti-crease features! The size of the drum is a real treat as I have a lot to wash every week."
