"Amazing value! Runs easy, very quiet
The spin could go on for a bit longer , need to put it on spin again when it's finished otherwise everything is still soaked.
Very small door opening for a 12kg, hard to get douvets in and out."

"AO are spot on with Customer service and delivery. Unfortunately the first machine failed after the 2nd wash, it sounded like the machine was going to explode. The drum was slamming the glass door on spin, which caused damage to the door and the machine shook violently. Repair man came out and said 'I don't know whats wrong with it, don't use it' then left !! I phoned AO, they were amazing and a new machine delivered next day. Brilliant service. I'm still apprehensive about the new machine, I can't wash towels and bedding in the same wash, even though there's plenty of room too, it doesn't like it over a 1000 spin and bangs about, like uneven load. So back to extra washes to keep the machine happy."

"Bought in May 2020 and by November 2020 not working correctly. A 38 minute cycle taking nearly 3 hours and not rinsed or spun once it eventually finishes.
Beko seem to have problems replying to emails as they don't seem to be able to reply to mine,and making no attempt to rectify the problem.
When they do bother to reply there is always an excuse, they seem to have the wrong phone number for me, can't get the part, another department dealing with it, I've been made a priority but 9 weeks later had no positive response from them."

"It washes a huge great load. My daughter is thrilled with it. Its speeded up her daily wash as she has 3 kids and a husband with a dirty job. So she always has loads of washing"
