"I bought this from AO in October 2019 and just after the 12 month warranty expired it started leaking from the front door when we wash bedding or towels - despite being a 12kg capacity, using a suitable program and the load being nowhere near 12kg. We’ve checked the seals, double checked the levelling but have come to the conclusion that its just a rubbish product. Massively dissatisfied. "
