"I did LOVE this machine for so many reasons but my experience with the machine has been shocking. 2 weeks after my year warranty expired it caught fire on plug/ socket.
I had electrical tests done in result the tumble dryer was the cause.
Once I found out I called electra helpline to inform them, they explain how they are not interested as its out warranty, but I was only calling them for them to potentially do a recall on others for safety, but they didn't care at all."
