"Overall a great product. This replaced an old broken induction hob and the great thing is you can have 2 of them on the highest setting "9". Gave it a 4 as it doesn't seem to heat as fast as the previous one, but once it gets going it's brilliant. Also has a boost power mode which is good for getting a pot of water up to the boil faster. "

"I bought this Smeg hob based upon the reliability of the make, the fact that it was on an amazing offer, and because it’s size suited my kitchen requirements. I have yet to use the hob, as the kitchen in my converted barn is not yet fully operational, but I have other Smeg products with which I am very pleased and which are still fulfilling their tasks years after purchase. I have also used several makes of induction hobs in the past and very much enjoy the precision and safety element of induction cooking."
