"Got it on day expected - was watching the 'Track my order' and it was accurate. delivery team were very polite and helpful. TV was easy to install and set up, no problems. Picture is brilliant and sound works for me. great buy. "
"I purchased a Panasonic 65" smart 4k tv and I an excellent TV bigger than I expected it to be which is not a bad thing purchased it on the AO.com finance which was very easy to do straightforward and customer service was excellent got a phone call before the TV came just to make sure I knew what was going to happen and when it will arrive who is going to deliver it great service would recommend it to anyone"

"The telly came very fast and the delivery people walked the telly all the way to my living room. The tv is massive!! It’s my first 65” and wow it’s a beast. Picture is amazing I’ve been watching David Attenborough planet earth on Netflix as it is an ultra 4K hd program and wow the colours and detail of the picture is brilliant I've has the tv for a round a week now and so far so good ! I’m really happy with this buy And would recommend it and AO. "
