"If had known before hand that you cant have all rings on high at once would never have bought. As has a 13amp plug it has a built in power save feature to avoid overloading the system. This took a while to work out when increasing the power of one hob and another go down. Total power on any hobs cannot exceed 12 so two hobs on level 6 for example. It advises to have one hob high to get to temp then reduce and turn next to high to boil then level 2 or 3 to simmer. Does work but not like mains connected hob takes a lot of getting used to"

"only had this hob a week,very pleased safety wise excellent reaction to control very good,i hard wired it ,but you can plug in if you want.overall very pleased,"
