Only had this in for just over a week but working well. Heats quickly and the extra settings for frying and simmering look useful.
The controls are easy to use and the instruction booklet very clear.
Also, just a mention for the AO.com installation service... It was excellent! Got the time slot sent the night before and then a call from them when they were due to us next. Top marks
