"Oven looks very smart and cooks to times on goods recommendations when using fan assist in main oven.
Lots of cooking settings for anyone who cooks and bakes a lot of different dishes - even defrosting and dough proving.
Only had it a short while so haven’t used them myself.
Would have given it 5 stars except that there is a gap in the cooker frame between the upper and lower oven doors which meant that the housing it was set in showed through - a wood gap in a black cooker looked awful. Just needed a flat piece of metal rather than the angle cooker frame to join them. I appreciate the gap may have been to allow the door to open but a thin flat section joining the frame would not have hindered this. I overcame it by using an indelible black marker to colour in the wood - annoying thing was having to remove oven from housing again to do it!

"This is one noisy Oven, Switching on the fan makes the oven to vibrate and makes annoying noise. I can hear the noise the whole house in the night time. If I hold the main door with my hand tightly the noise reduce a bit. I can't see any loose screws in my oven is tightly secure and fixed properly.
The shelving is designed so bad you can use the top and/or the bottom slots not the middles ones.
The time has to be reset everytime if you switch off and On the supply, might sound simple but so annoying to set the time you want to use the oven, or alternatively you have leave the main switch always on, which is not good for obvious safety purpose
.
Every time you switch off and switch on the power supply you have to remember to press both the buttons in the oven to start the oven. Which is not big problem but that was not mentioned in the manual any where. Found the solution by searching in the Google after panicking my over is not working for the very first time.
All together very disappointed customer!!!
Did not expect this from British design, I should have gone elsewhere!

"Really impressed with our new oven. Heats up really quick to desired temperature and having grill function on the main oven as well is an added bonus. My cakes are cooking evenly on time. Timer is a little quieter to what we are used to but can still hear it throughout the house. "

"Looks good but the chrome handles need cleaning a lot.
The oven is easy to use as the switches are easy to understand. When on fan oven setting, it makes a terrible mess on the oven door as fan seems to blow any traces of oil on the the oven. Never had that before.
I like the split grill as it can get really hot. I do not like the slow closing door as I like to be able to close door again quickly to check on souffle or meringue and I am not sure it is giving a good seal when it has self closed. "
